The Seven Sisters at The Downs of Nicholson
Tucked in the heart of Kentucky, The Seven Sisters pay tribute to seven remarkable women who helped shape our Bluegrass heritage. These cottages are a nod to Southern grace, hospitality, and the simple pleasures that make life in Kentucky so special.
Each of our six completed one-bedroom, one-bath cottages offers a warm and welcoming escape. Inside, you'll find a king-size bed, walk-in shower, and a cozy sitting area with a kitchenette, including a mini fridge, microwave, and sink. Each sleeps two guests comfortably.
Outside, guests can unwind with a glass of bourbon or sweet tea on the front porch rocking chair or retreat to the back porch for a quiet evening under the Kentucky sky.
Coming Soon: The Seventh Sister — a five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath retreat with a bunk room, rec space, private parking, full kitchen, and room to sleep up to 20 guests. Perfect for large families, groups, and extended stays.
