Bar area, tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, candles, ceremony decor, bridal & groom suites, wedding coordinator, ample parking, plateware, flatware, all glassware and stemware, buffet dishes, serving utensils, (6) staff members, complimentary food tasting.
Additional Fees & Considerations
​Cost in addition to above, 6% sales tax, additional hour rentals ($200/hr.), damage deposit ($500), photographer, flowers, DJ/band, and additional rentals to make the space your own. Cost per server if it is a plated dinner, 22% service fee, tax, bartender per 50 guests, 1 server per 20 guest (if plated dinner), 3 servers for a buffet.
